The Blas Company reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Item prices and availability of all products displayed at the blascompany.com site are subject to change without notice.

Customer service is addressed by EMAIL ONLY. We do not accept phone inquiries. Please do not call.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect the privacy of the visitors to The Blas Company website.  We do not sell or distribute any customer email addresses or other personal information.  Your credit card information will not be retained on this website.  Credit card information received by visitors of our website is used solely to fulfill your orders and will not be passed on to third parties. 

Protecting your information is very important to us.  We have implemented various security measures, so your personal information will be contained behind secured networks and will only be accessible to people with special access rights. 

Please be aware that whenever you give out personal information online, there is a risk of third parties intercepting and using this information.  Protecting our user’s information is very important, but we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. 

 

DELIVERY POLICY
For your convenience, we have provided several shipping methods.  The cost of shipping will vary depending on the order quantity and the shipping method you select.  The shipping cost will be automatically computed during your checkout, prior to the completion of your order.

The Blas Company will make a reasonable effort to have all merchandise presented in stock.  If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be notified.   For items that are backordered, please allow a week to ten business days in addition to estimated delivery time given. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. We are closed weekends.

Your estimated delivery date will be provided to you upon completion of your order, as well as a confirmation email and tracking number.  We will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in a timely fashion; however, delivery dates are just estimates and not guarantees.  Shipping times may vary depending on several factors including size of shipment and delivery location.

 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  If, for whatever reason, you receive damaged merchandise, you will have 15 days from time of receiving order to return the damaged merchandise to The Blas Company address.  Reported damage must be thoroughly described in a note along with the damaged merchandise.  Upon receipt of these two items, payment for the amount spent on the damaged items will be issued. We must see visible proof of alleged damage or refund will not be granted.

 

HAND KNITS DISCLOSURE

We reserve the right to limit quantities on hand knits. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT, because all knits are created by hand, there may be a slight difference in color or pattern.  Our hand knits cannot be returned for this reason.
